Terms & Conditions
Clear, fair booking policies and cancellation guidelines for all safari travelers.
1. Booking & Confirmation Deposit
A non-refundable deposit of 30% of the total safari quote is required at the time of booking to secure lodge accommodations, private 4x4 vehicles, and park permits. The remaining 70% balance is due 45 days prior to the safari start date.
2. Safari Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be received in writing via email. Because lodges and national park authorities enforce non-negotiable cancellation charges, the following schedule applies:
- More than 60 days before departure: Loss of 30% initial deposit.
- 30 to 59 days before departure: 50% cancellation fee of total package.
- Less than 30 days before departure: 100% cancellation fee.
3. Travel & Medical Insurance Requirement
All travelers booking with Plains & Predators Adventures are strongly required to hold comprehensive international travel, medical, and emergency evacuation insurance throughout their journey in East Africa.
4. Governing Law
All contracts and safari agreements are governed by the laws and regulations of the United Republic of Tanzania.
